Manufacturer Description

The days of the old charcoal barbecque grill doused in lighter fluid are thankfully a thing of the past. Nowadays anyone who is serious about outdoor grilling needs to put the Weber Genesis Grill (model Ep320) to work for them. This could well be considered the “Cadillac” of free-standing grills. And with a brand like Weber you know you’re going to get years of design and manufacturing experience  behind this product.

The Weber Genesis line of grills have proven to be extremely popular with professional and budding grill masters. Ask any chef and they’ll tell you the proper equipment is essential to preparing the perfect meal.

The enclosed cart has sleek copper-painted steel doors and trim. This gives the Weber grill a sophisticated look that would be a proud addition to any well-manicured backyard. But the Weber Genesis Grill isn’t just about looking good; this grill also makes cooking outdoors a breeze. The grill area is just over 500 square inches. This includes 7mm diameter steel rods and stainless steel Flavorizer bars. It’s the perfect grill grate to evenly cook all of your meat, poultry and fish.

There is also a warming tray which is a great way to organize what you are cooking and keep it the perfect temperature. With the center-mounted thermometer you know the exact temperature of your grill at all times. This makes cooking adjustments easy to manage. Weber will even throw in a grilling cookbook!

As if this grilling space were enough, the Weber Genesis Grill also comes fully equipped with three stainless steel side mounted burners. The burners utilize the electronic Crossover ignition system for instant flames every time! Having these burners right on the grill will help you cook your entire meal in one place. And don’t forget the six tool holders. You can also make use of the two stainless steel work surfaces for chopping, cutting and storage.

The fuel tank is kept in the enclosed storage area underneath the grill. An easy-to-read precision fuel gage lets you know exactly what you’re working with. And the heavy-duty caster wheels let your Weber Genesis Grill become totally movable. In case of rain, you can slide the Weber Genesis Grill under cover and keep on cooking. Once you get started, the only reason you’ll have for leaving the grill is to eat!

Comments about Weber Genesis EP320_Genesis Grill, 637 sq.in. Cooking Area, 3 Stainless Stele Bu:

The Weber grill is a high quality product. The materials and build quailty are 1st rate. The only negative comment I have is that the assembly instructions need to be given the same attention to quality as the product. The illustration for the 1st assembly instruction did not conform to how the parts actually needed to be put together. This obviously caused a lot of angnst about the remaining assesmbly being done correctly. However , after working through the assembly instruction issues, this product works great! Highly recommend it.

Comments about Weber Genesis EP320_Genesis Grill, 637 sq.in. Cooking Area, 3 Stainless Stele Bu:

I am very pleased with this grill's performance. Very balanced heat, and well engineered, all the way down to the bronze pivot point for the bottom of the door. The only negative thing I can say is that one must either buy a rather expensive smoker accessory (Weber 7541) or make something that will rest on the flavorizer bars to get wood chips to smoke. Discovering this after I got the grill was a big dissappointment to me because I really like smoke flavor in most of my indirectly cooked meats.

The Weber Genesis EP-320 is a fantastic product and at Rainbow's prices, it can't be beat. Everything is solidly built to last. Even the side shelves (to my delightful surprise) are made out of cast aluminum instead of plastic. The grill cranks out even heat and the side burner is large and powerful (almost too powerful-I use it on low to cook bacon).[...]

The best product I've ever put together all the screws, bolts etc fit perfectly. There should be some verbiage to the directions to speed asembly, but basically if you took your time, everything made sense. Not a lot of parts - screws, bolts, nuts, washers etc - which speaks how this thing was engineered.

I don't know why I waited so long to buy this grill.
Don't waste your money buying those cheap grills at
the box stores. The natural gas means no more propane bottles to replace or running out in the middle of a cookout. I've already used it several times and very impressed with how quick it warms up
and the even heating. I left ribs on the grill on low heat for 3 hrs they came out perfect. Had a cordless driver to assemble, took about an hour and a half.

I live in an RV in south central Tx., and the stove really heats up the small enclosed space that I live in. So in order to cut down on the heat I purchased this product and use it twice or more daily. I've only had this grill for a few weeks and my last grill a Charm glow lasted less than 2 years and completely wore out. So I decided on spending the extra money and purchase a quality grill and this came with a ten year burnner guarantee. Since I will be using it more than the average person, we'll see how durable it really is.

I finally picked up this model over others and won't regret the decision after frequent uses in the past several weeks. The stainless steel grates are very easy to clean and supposed to last longer. The side-burner is a good feature as well for occasional use like boiling food for pre-processing. I picked steel grey color, which complements the yard very well. I didn't go the S series since I don't want the grill appears to be directly from a restaurant. There's no problem in ignition. And it reaches the desired temperature very fast. Also picked up a weber brand cover to shield it from direct sunshine. I am fine with the water coming in through the vent opening since it's stainless steel.

Grills well, quickly and evenly. The $50 additional for the SS grates (EP320 v/s E320)was a great investment.

I am very happy with the overall build quality of this grill and if it is ever in need of parts replacement I'm sure to be able to find them at a reasonable price. This grill is nothing like the various flimsy models I've owned in the past.

Comments about Weber Genesis EP320_Genesis Grill, 637 sq.in. Cooking Area, 3 Stainless Stele Bu:

I was undecided on purchasing a less expensive grill that would last only a few years or splurging and getting the weber that should last a lot longer and that there are replacement parts for. After talking with different owners of weber grills I decided on the weber. I also did some research and most owners of webers are very happy with them and would recommend it to a friend. I am glad I did. The construction is so much better than the competition. Even heat and clean up is a breeze. I am totaly satisfied and would highly recommend a weber.

I have only used the grill a couple of times. However so far it is a vast improvement over my old [@]grill. It gets hotter and cooks much faster. I would recomend this grill. Nothing is perfect. The assembly has very few words. The ignitor assembly is cheap. Although it works fine so far. Some metal parts could be stronger. I do like the Stainless cooking grill.

This is my 2nd Weber grill. My first one, at least 10 years old, is still going strong. The Weber quality is far better than most other grills on the market.
