Gave it a 4 star : The side-burner on the "new" genesis (just replaced a 15 year old genesis with this one) is now mounted right next to the grill on the left. Too close for very large pans to fit easily and it splatters bacon grease on the side of the grill...poor design change. Otherwise an awesome grill at a great price!

I like the grill and I will use it a lot but I am afraid it will rust, I don't think the stainless steel is very high grade on the ends. I bought a cover and I use a silicone cloth on the ends every time I use it so I hope that helps.

The instructions were poorly designed. Pictures were hard to follow. A few well placed sentences would have help with the instuctions. Took 3 hours to assemble probably would have been only an hour with better directions. Once assembled the grill works great. I am happy with the performance of the grill.

The assembly was a little tricky, but with extra strength reading glasses it was better. Just a bit difficult following the drawings - took 2.5 hours from opening the box to using it. Everything worked.

Grill arrived on schedule. Instructions were well documented and easy to comprehend. Don't rush the assembly, put aside at least 2 hours to complete. Grill fired up nicely. All parts feel sturdy and of top quality. Only cooked a few burgers so far but look forward to larger cookouts with steaks and chicken as well.

My husband grills for our family on a weekly basis. He usually opts for the $300-$400 dollar grill that ends up not cooking evenly once the burners wear out...we've been getting a new grill about every three years. This year, I took initiative to spend a few extra hundred dollars for a real grill. As much as we grill, I feel like my husband deserves a well made to last tool to cook with.
Our Genesis E320 arrived perfectly packaged and undamaged. Right away, were impressed with the assembly process. My husband and neighbor commented that Weber has the grilling assembly down to a science. The instructions were very easy and each piece is made to fit perfectly. The grill is so good looking and is made for easy clean up. Just raising the heavy lid lets you know how sturdy and well made the E320 Genesis is!
We just love the copper color as well.
My husband has always been a master chicken wing, steak and burger griller. And now with the E320, my husband has upped his game! Now the meat tastes even juicier and has the grill marks for a more impressive presentation! Our kids say the burgers are better and I say that steaks are now even more superb.
I would recommend the E320 to people that grill on a regular basis and for those who enjoy style and equipment that is built to last.

Takes about an hour or two to assemble. Lots of parts, but pretty easy. Don't recomend using the wrench included by Weber. Instead go with a ratchet wrench.

I decided to go with natural gas as I was running out of LP all the time and of course it was while I was in the middle of cooking for an affair at [$] a refill it also gets expensive. In 16 years I have been through 4 grills at aprox $350 to $400 per grill I went with the Webber as I am being told it will last and last and last. I am sure I will replace some parts in the distant future but at a lesser expense then buying a nother grill. Happy Happy Happy

This is a great grill, but it was a little complicated to setup - took me 3-1/2 hours. And I found out that it may be missing a part. The drip pan tray had a square hole and they wanted me to use a screw to attached it. The hole was twice the size of the screw, so will will never work. I think they should have included another square plastic plug with the hardware set. I called Weber and they said that they will send me a packet of hardware immediately. [...]

I have coveted this grill ever since it came out. Plan on several hours, if you are putting the grill together, by yourself.
The instructions are basically "pictures", with little actual written instruction. (Still haven't figured out what the explanation mark, inside a triangle actually means!)
Your "Hardware Kit" list is your best friend -- pay attention to it. And, instead of using the supplied wrench, get yourself a socket wrench with a 7/16 -- it will go much easier.
When you are done, the grill is like a tank, except for, what I see, is a big design flaw -- the "Igniter Module" is suspended in mid air -- not supported underneath. It took several tries to get it to stay, when attaching the "Igniter Button" to it. Also, haven't figured out what the "chain" is for, or where to attach it!

This grill provides even heat and is excellent at indirect grilling.
It is very easy to clean as well.
So far every meal we have cooked has come out perfectly. My husband commented it was the best grilled chicken he had ever eaten at dinner last night.

It took a while to put together (perhaps 2-3 hrs) but everything fitted perfectly so it was quite rewarding. Very happy with it operationally, so far.
Only slight issue is the lack of space to put things. Burner on one side and knobs on the other. Not a big deal though...

It definitely takes two people to put this grill together. Set aside a couple of hours to assemble - this is a very heavy, sturdy grill. It is worth the time and effort. Weber knows grills! The directions show pictures - easy to follow. It is very easy to use, and delivers great results.

Assembly was not as bad as I thought. Directions were pretty good. Took 4 hours to assemble, and I'm not mechanically inclined.
Works great, and the electronic [NOT piezo] ignition is wonderful...it lights immediately. Very even heat, quick or slow cooking, good range of heat from low to high. Good instructions on grilling. Liked my last Weber, love this one!

We did a bunch of research before purchasing our Weber Genesis E320, and it really paid off. Though more spendy than some grills, it is high quality and grills perfectly. I expect it to last a long, long time. Seasoning the grill grates is a must and has provided for stick-free grilling.
