We sell brand new, factory-sealed products. We never sell used, refurbished, or out-of-box units. All of our products come with a full manufacturer's warranty.
We offer installation in the Metro New York City area and all of New Jersey. There is an additional fee, so please call our sales department at 1-800-499-8009 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a price quote.
We deliver our products in the most efficient and secure method possible. Depending on the unit's weight, we will ship your order with either UPS or a freight carrier servicing your area. All local shipments in NJ and NYC will arrive 1-3 business days, depending on availability. Most of our shipments ship out within 1-2 days, and will arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on the destination. If, for some reason, a shipment is delayed, we will try to notify the customer ASAP. As Rainbow Appliance is an authorized dealer, all of our products come with the full manufacturer’s warranty, (generally one year from date of purchase). We also sell additional warranties on most items. Our goal is that our customer be fully satisfied with the products and service that we offer. We ask that customers check all of the features and specifications of the products they are ordering before ordering.
Some of the Features that should be determined:
Gas or Electric
110 Volts or 220 Volts
Color of unit
Height, Width, and Depth should match the space where the unit will be installed
Height, Width, and Depth should also allow unit to fit through any necessary doorways upon delivery.
We will not take back any unit(s) that have been opened and/or taken out of the box. Please make sure you are ordering the correct item before placing your order. If you need assistance in ordering a product, or you need technical help, please call our sales staff at 1-800-499-8009 or email us at email@example.com. If you need to return an item, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the unit. No returns will be accepted after that time period. There will be a 15% restocking fee on returned items or canceled orders, plus the shipping cost to get the item back to us. If you need to cancel an order, you must call us at 1-800-499-8009, so that we can deal with it as soon as possible. Do not email us any cancellations. All special orders or orders that have a postmarked day cannot be cancelled. We do not accept returns on air conditioners. All sales of air conditioners and air-conditioner accessories are final.
When packaging our products for delivery, we do our best to minimize damages. There are times, however, that units will incur damages in transit. Therefore, it is very important that customers inspect items upon delivery. If you notice any dents or punctures on the package, please refuse the delivery or make note of the damages on the Bill of Lading and call customer service at 1-800-499-8009 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will take steps to get you a new unit in a timely fashion. If the unit was accepted and signed for and it turns out there were concealed damages, we will do everything in our power to repair the unit (if it is possible), or, if the service technician cannot repair the unit, we will send you a new one in a timely fashion. Customers have 7 days from date of delivery to notify us of any damages or malfunctions. All damaged returns must be in the original manufacturer’s box. If the box was discarded, we will not take back the merchandise.
All warranties are through the manufacturer. We do not take any responsibility on any warranty payments. Customer is required to make sure the warranty dates shown on the warranty form are valid dates for their date of purchase. Warranties take up to 8 weeks to arrive. If you do not receive your warranty at that time you must call the manufacturer to settle the matter with them.
