I bought this after I started getting into wine and discovered the intricacies of storage and why some of my bottles were fouling. This both provides a dark storage and temperature control. You can place 6 bottles top and 12 bottom each having touch temperature controls. This is an extremely nice unit and EXTREMELY quite. It doesn't have a traditional compressor but uses thermoelectric cooling. I was unsure about it, but have been proven into a believer!
CON: I was not present for it, but my roommates told me that while I was away on vacation it started making a loud clinking noise. They said it got so bad that they finally unplugged it. When I got back I plugged it back in and it wasn't present. It's been going again for a month without notice. No idea what they were talking about.
