This is my third Hot Water Dispenser and I was lost without one for six weeks. My daughter replaced my last one for a gift. They are so handy for instant coffee, tea, cocoa as well as washing dishes. My hot water heater is not near the kitchen and I wasted a lot of water waiting for the hot water to reach the kitchen. I recommend everyone purchase one if they encounter the same situation.
