Introducing the U.S. industry's first full-size built-in oven with steam-assist technology, which eliminates the need for manual steps such as spritzing or basting. And with dual-fan convection, this oven promotes even airflow for consistent cooking on all three racks.
The dual-fan convection system consists of a hidden, 2,600-watt oven element and 2 round fans in the rear of the oven. This combination promotes the most consistent heat distribution from the convection oven element thoughout the oven cavity. Steam-assist technology enhances flavor and eliminates the need for manual water baths, spritzing and basting. The combination of a dual-fan convection and steam-assit technology provides the most optioal cooking results.
This system takes the guesswork out of the convection cooking by automatically converting conventional times and temperatures to their lower, more efficient, convection equivalents.

How We Ship
This item is shipped via common truck freight carrier. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped which will provide the name and contact information of the carrier used and a tracking number and website information enabling you to track your shipment online. The freight carrier will contact you to set up an appointment once the order arrives in your area. They will work around your schedule and will give you an approximate delivery time. All our deliveries include bringing the product to your house. If you are a second floor or have multiple steps please call to make arrangements before placing your order. For shipping estimates please click on the "Add to cart" button located next to the item and enter in your zip code.
If you are in the Metro New York and Metro New Jersey area our local shipping company will make the delivery for larger appliances. They will contact you to set up an appointment once the order arrives in your area. They will work around your schedule and will give you a 1 hour window for a delivery time. Your shipping costs will be a flat $39.00 for the first item and $15.00 each additional item. An additional installation service is available in Metro New York and Metro New Jersey. For pricing on installations or removals in the Metro New York and Metro New Jersey area please call us prior to placing your order at 1-800-499-8009.
Shipping to Martha's Vineyard, Florida Keys, an island that is accessible by Ferry only, the Upper Michigan Peninsula or any extremely remote location may require an additional shipping charge. We will notify you prior to shipping your order and you may cancel the order for a full refund.
