The KECC508RPB Pure Black features KitchenAid's Custom Control temperature management system. The output of each element has been finely tuned to respond more like a gas burner. This gives you the precise control you need at high, medium and low temperatures. More consistency means chocolate melts evenly without constant attention, delicate sauces simmer without scorching, and you pan sear filets as if you were cooking over an open flame.
