Problems with door and touch screen

Only a month or so old and the two door catches (the switches inside that tell the unit if door closed) would be intermittant, freezing up the microwave since it would think door open when it wasn't, lots of trouble with this part. Also, 6 months later the touch screen simply quit displaying although you could operate the unit still. Too bad as it looks nice and display looks nice but too much trouble, won't buy again.

Great product. The touchscreen is a little skewed, but other than that everything has been working great for almost a year now! Great for re-heating, cooking rice, defrosting.....

I loved this microwave until it went out on me after owning unit for 3 months. The magnetron had to be replaced. I only use it to either reheat leftovers or sanitize baby bottles too.
