This item is shipped via common truck freight carrier. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped which will provide the name and contact information of the carrier used and a tracking number and website information enabling you to track your shipment online. The freight carrier will contact you to set up an appointment once the order arrives in your area. They will work around your schedule and will give you a 1 - 2 hour window for a delivery time. All our deliveries include bringing the product over the threshold of your house. If you are  on a second floor or have multiple steps please call 800-499-8009  to make arrangements before placing your order. If you are in the Metro New York and Metro New Jersey area our local shipping company will make the delivery. They will contact you to set up an appointment once the order arrives in your area. They will work around your schedule and will give you a 1 hour window for a delivery time. We offer a flat $39.00 shipping rate for the first piece and $25.00 each additional piece in the  Metro New York and Metro New Jersey area. Installation service is available for an additional charge in the Metro New York and Metro New Jersey area.
