This item is shipped via common truck freight carrier. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped which will provide the name and contact information of the carrier used and a tracking number and website information enabling you to track your shipment online. The freight carrier will contact you to set up an appointment once the order arrives in your area. They will work around your schedule and will give you a 1 - 2 hour window for a delivery time. All our deliveries include bringing the product over the threshold of your house.
