I've had this installed on a peninsula ceiling hung cabinet for a few months and the exhaust works very well (and very quiet at the lowest setting), however, I am dissappointed in the cheap wiring assembly for the halogen lights. Once the lights warm up, the conductivity to them is interrupted and they go out.
